Invite People to Your Community

1. Open your community, tap Switch to Admin, then Invite members.
2. Choose Invite from UMMA for people already on UMMA, or Invite from Contacts, Add by phone number, Add by email or Share your link.
3. Send it. People get a notification, a text or an email with a link to accept.

1. Open My Communities, choose Switch to Admin on the community, then Invite members.
2. Choose a tab: Invite members sends an invitation by email or text, Invite from users finds people already on UMMA, and Share link gives you a link to copy.

In the app, open your community, tap share and choose Share with QR Code. On the website, choose Download QR code under Share link. Print it or put it on a screen at your masjid or event, and people can scan it to join.

In a private community, someone the owner or an admin invites is in as soon as they accept. When an ordinary member invites someone, an admin approves them first, the same as anyone who asks to join. You will find them under Membership Requests.
