Sanction Policy

Compliance with applicable sanctions and export controls.

UMMA Foundation complies with all applicable U.S. sanctions laws and regulations, including OFAC programs. We screen transactions, vendors, and program partners to ensure funds and services do not benefit sanctioned individuals, entities, or jurisdictions prohibited by law.

Restricted Regions

Where sanctions limit direct transfers, we work through permitted channels and vetted local partners. Programs may pause or reroute when legal requirements change.
