- Upload a logo. A cover image is optional.
- Send it to UMMA: Create a Community in the app, Submit for Review on the website.
Create a Community
Anyone can start a community for a masjid, a circle, a school or a cause. UMMA checks every new community before people can join it.

Create It
While UMMA Reviews It
Your community shows as under review until UMMA approves it. Nobody can join yet, but you can get ready.
- Set up payouts now if you plan to raise money, so you can start a campaign as soon as you are approved.
- Verify your community to show members it is real.
- If UMMA asks for changes, edit the name, description, photos, location or contact details. It goes back for review on its own.
Verify Your Community
Verification is optional and shows members your community is real. You confirm who you are with a selfie and a government ID through Stripe, add two community references, and can add documents or links. UMMA reviews it within 2 to 3 days. Start it from the under-review notice (Verify Community in the app, Verify now on the website), or from Verify your identity on your community's dashboard.
