Sadaqahصدقة

Voluntary charity. Give beyond obligation, in any amount, at any time.

Sadaqah is voluntary giving for the sake of Allah. Unlike Zakat there is no threshold, no percentage, and no fixed time. Every act of kindness counts. Because it carries no restriction, Sadaqah can fund any UMMA program: emergency relief, the farm that funds itself, meals from the Hope Bus, or a creator in the studio.
