Give from the Zakat page. It only offers campaigns that meet the eight categories in Surah At-Tawbah, and the donation is recorded as Zakat.
A Note on the Campaign List
The campaign list can show you the campaigns that are eligible for Zakat, but a donation made from that list is recorded as a general donation, not as Zakat. To give Zakat, use the Zakat page.
