A Charge I Don't Recognize

1. Look up the date and amount on your bank statement.
2. Compare it with your receipt emails, or with My Donations in your account.
3. If you donated without an account, use Access Your Donations to see every donation made with your email.

• A monthly or weekly donation you set up earlier.
• One payment for several campaigns in a cart, which shows as one charge.
• A charge in your own currency, which can differ slightly from the amount in US dollars.
• A monthly donation from our old donation form, which Fundraise Up still charges. Its receipt emails come from Fundraise Up.

If you still do not recognize it, send us a message with the date and amount. We can tell you what it was and refund it if it was a mistake, which is faster than a dispute with your bank.
