Give it a name and a photo, and invite your people. We check every new community before it opens.

Set Up Payouts
The community's owner connects the bank account donations are paid into. Stripe handles it securely.

Create a Campaign
Set a goal, tell the story and add photos. We review it before it goes live.

Share It
Send the link to your people. They watch the total grow, and you post updates as the money is spent.
Good to Know
- Review
- A person at UMMA checks every community and every campaign before anyone can donate. We tell you when it is approved, or what to change.
- Payouts
- Donations are paid into the community owner's bank account, in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Switzerland or the European Economic Area.
- Fees
- UMMA keeps a 2.5% platform fee from each donation. Donors can choose to cover it.
- Receipts
- Every donor gets an email receipt that names your community. It is not a tax-deductible donation to UMMA Foundation.
Raise for an UMMA Campaign
Birthdays, Ramadan, and drives at schools, workplaces and masjids can raise for UMMA's own campaigns. Those donations go to UMMA Foundation and are tax-deductible in the United States. Tell us:
- What you are planning, and roughly when.
- Who is giving: a class, an office, a masjid, a family.
- Anything you want reported back to them afterwards.
