Manage Your Account

In the app, open your profile, then Account under Settings. On the website, open your account settings. Choose Change email or Change number and enter the code we send to the new one. Your language is in the same place.

Choose Download your data in your account settings. We email you when the file is ready, which can take up to 30 business days.

Choose Delete Account Forever in your account settings. Before you do, hand over any community other people belong to, because a community needs an owner. Communities with only you in them close with your account, recurring donations stop, and your receipts stay valid.
