Find and Join a Community

Search or browse Explore, or use the map to find communities near you. If someone sent you a link or a QR code, open it.

• Join means the community is public, and you are in straight away.
• Ask to Join (Request to join on the website) means the community is private. Your button shows Join Requested in the app, or Pending on the website, until an admin approves you.

Invitations arrive as a notification, a text or an email. Choose Accept. An invitation from the owner or an admin lets you straight in, even to a private community. On the website, you will also find them under Invitations.

Open the community, tap Joined and choose Leave. To take back a request, choose Cancel Request (on the website, open Pending and choose Cancel).
